Responsibilities

• Direct and support a team of field service engineers, promoting excellent performance and professional development.
• Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electron microscopy equipment.
• Ensure that customer service calls are responded to strictly within the required timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement solutions to technical challenges.
• Monitor and report on team performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage resources effectively to compete in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the engineering industry.
• Strong background in electron microscopy or related technologies.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
