This is an Indirect Labor position that supports the Director of Human Resources (HR) in management of 2 Circle's Mentorship Program and other functions.
Requirements
- Update the Director of HR on Mentorship Program efforts
- Brainstorm, develop and implement innovative ways to improve company mentorship
- Monitor the Mentorship Program through surveys and one-on-one interviews
- Work closely with Human Resources and division Ops support
- Coordinate with Division Leadership to identify potential mentors
- Educate and train mentors and mentees
- Follow-ups with mentors/mentees as required
- Continuously update program materials
- Provide Mentorship Program updates as required
