Salary: Base 90,000 - 97,000 PKR + Bonus 30,000 - 32,000 PKR / Monthly
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute new strategies to handle the ATS department effectively and to Manage all job advertising boards.
- Will be responsible for supporting the performance of common tasks such as creating job descriptions, posting jobs to career sites and job boards, résumé scanning, scheduling interviews, and gathering feedback.
- Write effective job adverts and post them on various recruitment platforms.
- Manage all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate.
- Responsible for Creating automating and managing the workflows associated with the recruitment process.
- Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Liaise with hiring managers to fully understand the requirements for the open role.
- Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions.
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition applicant tracking system (ATS) is a must.
- Must have experience in Job posting,Improved visibility, Efficient application process,Tailored job recommendations
- Experience in using ATS systems and various job advertising platforms. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Must have experience in Integration with Job Boards and Career Sites, Reporting and Analytics, Automated Screening and Ranking.
- Able to identify skills and abilities for suitable internal applicants applying for open roles.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. A leader and strategic thinker
- Experience using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Willing to work at Night shift.
- Strong understanding of BPO/Call Centre operations and requirements.
- Experience in bulk / Volume hiring.
