Chief Product Owner (6 months)

We are 10Pearls, an award-winning digital development company, that helps businesses with product design, development, and technology acceleration. We are looking for a consultative, creative professional who wants to flex their admin muscles using all the latest and greatest the platform has to offer to help us take our current implementation to the next level.

About the role

• Collaborate in the definition and prioritization of the production backlog, ensuring that the highest possible value is being delivered.
• Understand the technical architecture and its constraints, working with the technology department to ensure feasibility and robustness of the delivered product.
• Advise product leaders in making technical decisions related to the project.
• Identify and anticipate technical risks that may arise, working to mitigate their impact.
• Ensure alignment between technical requirements and business expectations.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and follow-up by the organization's leaders under the agile framework.
• Present and share best practices for the development of this type of projects.
• Be available to be on-site for 3 months at the customer's office.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience of at least five years in similar technology projects in financial institutions.
• At least two years in cross-functional team leadership roles.
• Knowledge of technical schemes applied in self-service digital channels, including mobile applications in the financial industry.
• Proven communication skills with stakeholders, including senior management levels.
• Ability to apply business logic in regulated financial institutions.
• Track record in decision making using data analytics capabilities.
• B2 English level
