Poland onlyIn this position, you will source and select highly qualified candidates and provide guidance and support to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
As a part of this role, you'll be involved in every aspect of the recruiting process. This includes initiating contact with potential candidates, maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other teams involved in the hiring process, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
You will have the chance to work in various roles, from engineering to business positions, at all levels of the organization.
Your role and responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment process, from the hiring manager briefing to the candidate offering
- Cooperating with EB and Sourcing Specialists to produce engaging, comprehensive job descriptions and adverts for each role, following hiring managers' brief
- Managing the hiring manager experience by regular hiring updates and presenting high-quality candidates
- Conducting phone and video interviews
- Ensuring that candidates stay well-informed and supporting them at every stage of the recruitment process
- Monitoring labor market trends to make sure our approach and practices are ahead of the game
- Proactively developing strategic ‘Talent Pipelines’ for key and recurring roles across the business
- Continuously improving our recruitment processes by cooperating with internal teams
Requirements
Requirements
- Background as an in-house and/or agency recruiter (any vertical) with a proven successful record
- At least 2+ experience in recruiting delivery roles, inc. developers, designers, and product managers autonomously
- Experience in using ATS systems and LinkedIn Premium (other tools are nice to have)
- Attention to detail and understanding of the role of effectiveness in the recruitment field
- A can-do attitude; as a team, we like to focus on solutions and are often able to work out even seemingly impossible problems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and #humanism as one of the main values
- English skills (C1+) with ability to
- Great customer care skills
