I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my data analysis skills in a collaborative environment, focusing on impactful decision-making and process improvement.

I am a dedicated Power BI Specialist with extensive experience in data analysis and reporting. My journey began with a Bachelor in Science (Actuarial) from Universiti Teknologi Mara, where I developed a strong foundation in data interpretation and statistical analysis. Over the years, I have honed my skills in various BI tools, particularly within the Microsoft SQL Server BI Stack, including Power BI, SSRS, and TSQL.

In my current role as WFM Team Lead at Concentrix, I have successfully reduced operational costs by optimizing workforce management and analyzing key performance indicators. My previous positions as a Reporting Analyst and Data Analyst have equipped me with the ability to create insightful reports and dashboards that drive business decisions. I thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with operations teams to identify challenges and develop actionable insights.
