What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support youth and communities through behavioral-development programming, mental health outreach, and research-informed practices, while collaborating with a team that values well-being, positive behavior, and continuous learning.

I’m a psychology student with experience supporting youth through instruction, behavioral observation, and mental health outreach. In my current role as an instructor, I facilitate structured, engaging activities for elementary students that support behavioral development and learning, while maintaining a positive, organized environment.

Alongside teaching, I work on research and evidence-based program support. As a research intern, I conduct research on behavioral patterns and psychological concepts, then organize and analyze findings to contribute to evidence-based programs and organizational goals.

I also strengthen community impact through outreach and education, having assisted in developing mental health content and outreach initiatives to increase engagement. With additional experience in branding and e-commerce support, plus retail leadership, I bring clear communication, customer support, and team leadership—grounded in certifications including HIPAA Awareness, mandated reporting training, and CPR/AED/First-Aid.
