I’m a visual and UX/UI designer creating modern, user-centered digital experiences with a focus on visual communication, usability, and thoughtful interaction. I bring a strong foundation in customer experience, collaboration, and solving real user problems through design.

As a freelance UX/UI designer (2024–present), I design responsive websites and interfaces for small businesses and digital brands using Figma. I create wireframes, prototypes, and UX flows, conduct UX audits and redesign outdated sites to improve usability and visual clarity, and build and launch sites using Framer and WordPress.

Previously, I supported customers and shaped insights as a Retention Specialist (2023–2024), building user empathy through daily customer interactions and analyzing friction points to improve overall customer experience—while maintaining a 4.85/5 satisfaction rating. Earlier, as a Customer Support Assistant Manager (2020–2022), I resolved complex order and shipping issues and streamlined workflows with Asana and ClickUp, using those same customer empathy and problem-solving skills in my UX design process.
