I've built finance, budgeting, and operational control capabilities across blue-chip companies, a parastatal, and a municipal entity, including NIKE South Africa, Nampak, Denel, Bidvest, Datatec, and Joburg Market.

At Joburg Market, I compiled annual and adjustment medium-term budgets in line with MFMA and National Treasury regulations, produced monthly variance reporting, coordinated risk registers, and supported the Sweating of the Asset capital programme to increase asset utilisation and revenue.

I've led payables, creditors, debtors, billing, payroll, stock, asset, foreign exchange, and financial reporting functions. My work includes management accounts, cashflow management, audit preparation, internal controls, cost-centre management, and staff management.

In post-investment management and business analysis, I've evaluated company financials and processes, identified inefficiencies, managed client relationships and investments, and proposed practical changes to improve profitability, efficiency, and competitiveness.
