I am an admitted attorney focused on corporate and commercial law, with hands-on experience in corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contracts.
I trained and worked alongside a senior partner, acting as a right hand and gaining extensive exposure to Companies Act matters, CIPC procedures, IP, trusts, litigation support, and regulatory compliance.
