At XING (New Work SE), I built polished Swift and SwiftUI consumer features, including the “DreamMachine” job-swiping UI, for a B2C product used by millions. I owned features end to end across a codebase shared by 30–40 engineers per discipline, partnering with product, design, and backend teams to ship quickly.

I introduced MVVM-C with coordinator-based navigation in my modules, which other teams later adopted as a reference, and authored ADRs used by backend teams. I improve reliability with Instruments, feature flags, A/B testing, analytics, and crash-rate monitoring, and I work AI-native with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, and Cursor-style workflows.

Earlier, I helped rewrite the Volkswagen Up iOS app, built banking apps for TEB Kosovo, migrated an Objective-C application to Swift at NEAH, and shipped native and Cordova iOS apps for consumer and banking clients. I’ve also hired, mentored interns and junior developers, and led internal talks on architecture and accessibility.
