At PsychPlus, I get clean claims to payers, resolve rejections and denials, and follow up on unpaid and underpaid balances across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, and managed-care claims. I resolved or collected on 85%+ of assigned denied and aged claims, helping cut the AR backlog by about 20%.
I review EOBs and ERAs daily, correct claim edits and billing errors, and contact payers through portals and by phone. I also prepare daily AR status and productivity reports.
