What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a manufacturing-focused role where I can lead FES/productivity and deliver measurable improvements using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma—while mentoring teams through workshops, standard work, and data-driven analysis.

I lead factory productivity and FES initiatives, deploying new standards across plants while improving production flow and implementing practical projects. From production optimization to structured change, I focus on repeatable processes that teams can sustain.

My background combines Lean and Six Sigma in the real factory: I run improvement workshops (Hoshin, Kaizen), apply methods like JIS, Yamazumi, Kanban, Lean, and 5S, and use DMAIC with projects such as SMED and standard work/ergonomy improvements. I’ve also supported system implementation and logistics/production approaches including Pattern and Push/Pull systems, with MTM_UAS analysis and coordination.

I’m a hands-on leader who manages FES coordinators and supports training, collaboration, and team alignment—so results show up in cycle times, flow, and day-to-day execution.
