I am a seasoned Video Director and Production Manager with over a decade of experience in the media production industry. Currently, I serve as a Senior Video Director at Ucraft, where I lead a talented team of over five members to produce more than 50 engaging videos, resulting in a 25% increase in brand engagement. My role encompasses the entire production process, from conceptualization and storyboarding to shooting and post-production, including editing, voice-over recording, animation, and color grading.

Previously, I managed the Media Production Department at Digitain, where I created detailed storyboards and scripts, guiding my team through the filming process. I also directed a 3D animation team, ensuring that our projects aligned with the brand's vision. My journey began as a 2D Animator and Video Editor at Picsart, where I honed my skills in motion graphics and social media content creation. My early career as a Video Editor and Digital Media Coach at TUMO allowed me to share my passion for media with young learners, fostering their creativity and technical skills.
