What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring evidence-based design and hands-on AI experimentation to a team building smarter, more engaging e-learning.

At Emeris / Vega, I’m completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Instructional Design and developing CoTrace, an original concept for making student-AI collaboration visible and assessable. I designed distinct AI behaviours for exploring and drafting, with reflection prompts that respond to learning moments.

In my diploma projects, I configured Claude as a Socratic opponent and used Notebook Gemini to ground research in sources. I documented where AI helped or misled, including unsupported claims and anchoring, and verified AI-drafted material line by line.

My teaching experience spans adult academic literacy and English learners across Vietnam, China (remote) and South Africa. I design for adult learners using andragogy, constructive alignment and UDL, drawing on my journalism background for narrative and plain-language writing.
