What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote bookkeeping/accounting work where I can manage QBO transactions, reconcile accounts accurately, and support US clients. I’m available for remote/part-time and flexible with US business hours, with openness to full-time remote roles.

I’m a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with 1 year of hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO), focused on transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, and accounts management for US-based clients.

I currently manage full-cycle bookkeeping remotely, preparing reports like Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, and keeping clients’ books accurate and audit-ready. I also handle invoice management across accounts payable and receivable.

I’m strong in operational problem-solving—whether it’s resolving negative balance issues through accurate journal entries or cleaning up multi-year bank statements to keep records consistent. I’ve also converted credit card statement data into QBO-compatible CSV formats for import.

I’m currently pursuing my BS Accounting & Finance (5th Semester) and I’m available for remote/part-time work, with flexibility for US business hours and openness to full-time remote opportunities.
