At OmniRetail Technology Ltd, I build and maintain interactive Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and Metabase dashboards for Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Management.

I develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and reporting logic, while validating KPIs and reconciling data before business-critical dashboards go live.

My work spans customer, sales, inventory, operational, and revenue analysis, including order tracking, customer retention, stock coverage, and agent performance reporting.

Previously at LASUTH, I collected, validated, analyzed, and reported field data to support evidence-based decision-making. I bring a Public Health Science background and hands-on data analytics training to reliable, actionable reporting.
