What I'm looking for

I'm looking for my first data analyst role where accuracy, follow-through, and evidence-based decision-making matter as much as SQL syntax. I want to contribute to a data team while growing through practical analysis, dashboard development, and stakeholder reporting.

I've built end-to-end analytics projects across telecom, retail, HR, and banking using SQL Server, Power BI, and Excel. In my telco churn project, I analyzed 7,043 customer records, identified a 26.54% churn rate, and developed a three-page dashboard with retention recommendations.

I bring 15 years of clinical dentistry experience, where precise documentation, evidence-based decisions, and accurate reporting were essential. I'm now applying that same discipline to data cleaning, SQL analysis, DAX, KPI reporting, and stakeholder-ready dashboards.
