What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on patient care role where I can monitor vitals and blood sugars, chart accurately, and support ADLs with compassion. I want a team that values attention to detail and fast communication.

I’m a Patient Care Tech dedicated to delivering reliable daily patient support through consistent vital sign monitoring and accurate charting. I alert the nurse to any changes promptly to help ensure fast, appropriate care.

In my current role, I take blood sugars and vitals every day and chart them accurately and promptly, following patient needs closely. I also support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including oral care, showering/bathing, and changing.

Earlier, I worked as a Nurse Assistant Intern at Mission Carmichael Healthcare Center, where I assisted residents during mealtimes and charted accurately and promptly while alerting the RN of any changes. I bring a steady, detail-focused approach to patient support.

I’ve also built strong customer-facing experience as a Style Associate at Target, handling register duties, customer transactions, and questions while keeping work organized and responsive. I graduated at the top of my class in my CNA trade at Sacramento Job Corps Center, completing required theory and clinical hours.
