I'm currently leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting at Eco Lodge Africa in Moshi, while overseeing payroll, tax filings, audits, procurement tracking, inventory reconciliation, and internal controls.

At Natural Extracts Industries Limited, I progressed from Senior Finance Officer to Finance Lead for Reporting and Compliance. I prepared management, donor, and consolidated financial reports; led group annual audits; managed budgets, receivables, loans, payroll, tax matters, regulatory filings, investor due diligence, and internal and external compliance.

Earlier at Raha Beverages Limited, I managed costing, inventory, stock counts, cost-centre reporting, budgets, bank reconciliations, and general-ledger reconciliations. I'm a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Accountancy.
