At Neural Nurture, I build and maintain the NLU layer of Tiaris, a production conversational flight search agent. I combined separate NER and intent models into a multi-task RoBERTa model, reducing each query to one forward pass.
I also built a data augmentation pipeline that cut entity errors by more than half and intent errors by roughly 60 percent. My work includes multi-turn dialogue state tracking, LLM pipeline security gates, and error recovery flows that help users correct search queries.
