B.Tech Computer Science graduate student, an aspiring SOC Analyst. Through nearly one year of network security operations internship experience, I’ve built hands-on confidence in monitoring and managing enterprise firewall and proxy environments.

At Orange Business Services, I worked with Fortigate and Zscaler, supporting daily operations like reviewing logs, routing incidents, and handling change requests. I tracked and triaged incoming network security events, followed standard operating procedures for live incident management, and documented event timelines to support root-cause identification under team supervision.

I also developed practical cloud-proxy familiarity by working with the Zscaler Admin Console, learning about user policies and traffic inspection workflows. To help maintain operational continuity, I contributed to incident and change backlogs to reduce the risk of SLA breaches, while staying aligned through daily stand-ups and collaboration.

Earlier, as a Network Support Engineer Intern, I strengthened core networking fundamentals through structured labs covering the OSI model, TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, and IP addressing, plus router and switch configuration simulations. With certifications in CC (ISC)² and Cisco CCNA, I’m eager to grow into a full-time Security or SOC Analyst role after graduation.
