At Mac Planning Co., Ltd., I design, build, and operate in-house business systems using AI-assisted development. I migrated a production project management tool from Django to Rust; it tracks about 1,000 tickets across 15 projects and includes an MCP server for AI agents.
I also built a production order-management and payroll system with a Rust backend, a Next.js front end, and a Tauri desktop build. My AI incident-response pipeline has a model analyze alerts and propose an implementation, while a person approves the work and existing CI verifies it.
As Development Lead for a retail company, I led two remote developers in building HR, inventory, quotation, and performance-management systems, and wrote code alongside the team. Across my project work, I start by gathering requirements and business flows, connect design with testing, and treat AI output as a draft that needs review.
