At AlphaGeo, I built the global hazard data layer, risk scores, and GDP impact model that turn climate projections into location-level risk insights. The hazard pipeline processes NASA climate projections into 15 features and delivers a 170-million-row H3 table in Snowflake.
I designed a climate GDP impact model for 67 countries, translating physical hazards into sector-level losses and modeling how adaptation changes those outcomes. I also developed a flood-adjusted population projection for US census blocks and wrote public documentation and an article on climate migration in America.
Previously, at Addo AI ~ Climate Alpha, I built a COVID-19 ranking system and an Infrastructure Index for US counties. My research at Academia Sinica included a contextual emotion prediction model that improved accuracy by 32%, as well as analysis of COVID-19 and urban narratives.
