What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can build Java-based applications and games, collaborate through peer code reviews, and grow fast with strong engineering practices—especially around clear game mechanics, version control, and maintainable code.

I’m a Computer Science & Engineering B.Sc. student at Bilkent University, driven by the goal of building reliable, engaging software through clear design and strong fundamentals.

In my academic work, I developed Until the Last Colour Stands, a 4-player 2D strategy game written in Java using the libGDX framework. I helped shape asymmetric civilization mechanics—each with distinct bonuses, playing styles, and win conditions—while collaborating as a core contributor in a group project.

I also built console game projects in Java, including a 10x10 Battleship game and a Snake game. For Battleship, I served as a core developer, integrating asymmetric mechanics, contributing core gameplay logic, and participating in peer code reviews.

I care about engineering practices that scale collaboration, so I actively use Git/GitHub workflows and manage version control processes. With coursework spanning Algorithms and Programming, Discrete and Combinatorial Mathematics, Linear Algebra, and related fundamentals, I’m ready to apply my skills to real-world software teams.
