I'm seeking an accounting or finance role where I can contribute to operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.

I managed the pre-opening and launch of a new coffee shop in Sheikh Zayed, setting up purchasing, inventory controls, operating procedures, and cost monitoring. I also established recipes and product costing, and prepared the opening team for daily operations.
