I’m a pharmacist-in-training and current community pharmacist with experience spanning hospital-focused clinical rotations and outpatient dispensing. I’m driven by medication safety—reviewing prescriptions, identifying DRPs/ADRs, and supporting informed, patient-centered decisions.
During my clinical rotations at International Medical Center (IMC), I completed 5 rotations (Hospital Pharmacy, Critical Care, Oncology & Hematology, Drug Tour, Project). I reviewed 15+ prescriptions, performed medication reconciliation, dose calculations, and lab-based dose adjustments, and I handled drug information requests through literature searches.
In outpatient settings, I focus on compliance-first practice and clear communication—managing OTC medications, offering guidance based on symptoms, dispensing skincare products, and processing insurance prescriptions accurately.
