At TheChefz, I built and scaled the QA department to 12 engineers, establishing quality standards, testing frameworks, release KPIs, and strategies that support fast-paced delivery. I work across web, mobile, and APIs using manual and automated testing.

Previously, I built QA teams and quality processes for MadfooatCom’s online bill payments platform and OpenSooq, one of the Middle East’s largest classified ads platforms. I’ve implemented Selenium, Ghost Inspector, Appium, TestNG, Postman, RunScope, MySQL, and MongoDB-based testing while leading teams, managing JIRA workflows, and protecting critical payment and marketplace experiences.
