I’m a petroleum engineer turned drilling software SME with 8+ years in oil and gas drilling operations, specializing in well planning, BHA design, and directional drilling support. I’ve delivered well design and service documentation across deep wells and major field projects in Venezuela, Mexico, and Guyana, while ensuring anti-collision processes and post-job analysis for continuous improvement.
Currently, I’m an SME in drilling software at Sperry Drilling – Halliburton, evaluating drilling software for functionality, usability, and design in an Agile environment. I collaborate with QA teams to improve manual and automated testing, write thorough test cases, troubleshoot software issues (including system errors and performance bottlenecks), and provide expert guidance on DrillingXpert capabilities to help teams move faster with confidence.
