What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on civil engineering role in a growth-oriented construction firm where I can lead site supervision, perform quantity takeoffs, use AutoCAD, and grow into project leadership within collaborative, safety-focused teams.

I am a civil engineer with a BSc from Adama Science and Technology University (CGPA 3.2), proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, technical writing, and general computer applications.

Since September 2023 I have worked as a site engineer at ATEM General Contractor, supervising site teams, preparing quantity takeoffs, and delivering a completed G+6 building including structural and finishing works.

I thrive on teamwork, problem solving and continuous learning, and I am eager to apply my practical site experience and leadership to drive quality and efficiency at a forward-thinking construction organization.
