I also managed voice-based customer relations and localized marketing and product information to match the Ethiopian market’s linguistic preferences.

As a Graduate Researcher (MBA Candidate) at Turiba University in Riga, I conduct high-level business research that requires precise linguistic analysis and data synthesis. I sharpened my attention to detail through drafting and editing complex academic papers.
