What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build a progressive career in healthcare revenue cycle, insurance operations or finance-related roles, applying my experience in Accounts Receivable, claims follow-up and healthcare processes while developing my analytical and professional skills.

At Inventurus Knowledge Solutions (IKS), I manage Accounts Receivable activities in the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process, supporting the Physical Therapy process.

I review outstanding claims and accounts, investigate unpaid, pending and denied claims, and follow up based on claim status, payer response and account history.

My work includes reviewing claim and payment information, maintaining account documentation, and following client-specific workflows and quality requirements. I use Microsoft Excel for routine data review and tracking.

I also have experience in eligibility and benefits verification. With a PGDM in Finance, I’m focused on building broader analytical and insurance-domain skills for career growth.
