At Tata Consultancy Services, I've tested utilities and BFSI applications, covering new connections, disconnections, reconnections, plan migrations, policy administration, claims, payments, and billing.
I've designed and executed test scenarios, validated backend data with SQL, tested APIs and integrations, tracked defects in Jira, and supported UAT. I'm also building automation testing experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and Java while validating AI chatbot conversational flows, intent accuracy, and business responses.
