Yisely Calderon Cruz

I am a dedicated Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New York University, graduating in 2021. My experience at NYU Langone Medical Center has equipped me with the skills necessary to provide exceptional care to postpartum patients and newborns. I am committed to collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes through effective care planning and quality improvement projects.

Previously, I worked as a Nursing Attendant at New York Presbyterian, where I gained valuable experience in various units, including Med Surg, Neuro, and Psych. My role involved direct patient care, including vital signs monitoring and assisting with daily responsibilities. Additionally, I served as a program assistant for a Pre RN program, where I supported high school students in their nursing aspirations. I am fluent in Spanish and possess strong communication skills, which enhance my ability to connect with diverse patient populations.
