At Yusha Studio, I owned character conversion for AI-assisted 2D-to-3D animation software, defining what happens automatically versus what users can fix. I also designed layered-canvas inpainting that redraws only the masked area.
At Arhver, I owned skill matching for an AI career platform, linking each requirement to its source sentence and an ESCO/O*NET skill topology. I built an AI evaluation process with blind raters and fabrication-trap cases, and created AgentLens, an AI tech flywheel that applies rules and lessons only after approval.
