What I'm looking for

Transparent and asynchronous work culture with a mindset towards building a product, rather than applying certain popular planning and management principles

I'm a polyglot software engineer with years of experience building web apps in a full-stack manner.

Though I've primarily used Java and JavaScript/TypeScript, I've had some experience working both professionally and at a hobbyist capacity with Elixir, Go, Rust and Scala, and I also dabble in some game development in my free time.

Aside from regular CRUD apps I've also built private cloud storage systems, payment systems, realtime content publishing platforms, many search engines capable both of structured, full-text and geographical search, custom DSLs to allow customers to build their own fraud detection rules, and AI generators to provide rich and informative content to users.

Professionally, I'm looking to expand beyond my regular tech stack and start working primarily with Elixir and/or Go.
