I am a certified Medical Assistant with a passion for providing exceptional patient care and support. Currently, I work at North Oaks Medical Center, where I perform a variety of tasks including completing insurance prior authorizations, conducting routine laboratory tests, and assisting physicians during examinations. My role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff alike.

Throughout my education at Northshore Technical Community College, I developed a strong foundation in medical procedures and patient management. I thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in my ability to motivate and lead teams to ensure the highest standards of care. My commitment to patient education and counseling has allowed me to build trusting relationships with patients, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable during their medical visits.
