What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Finance Manager role at a progressive company where I can lead financial operations, strengthen forecasting and reporting, manage budgets, coordinate audits, and help management make strategic decisions through disciplined financial analysis.

I’m a results-oriented Finance Controller and Finance professional, currently overseeing financial operations in Juba. I focus on providing clear financial information, monitoring cash flows, and forecasting future trends to support confident decision-making.

In my current role, I analyze performance drivers, advise on strategic and long-term business plans, and develop mechanisms that minimize financial risk. I manage financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is completed on time.

Previously, I served as a Senior Accountant at Kenya Airways GSA - South Sudan, managing day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger. I prepared monthly financial statements, maintained reconciliations, coordinated audits, and strengthened internal controls while guiding management with financial insights.

Earlier experience includes Station Accountant work and Accounts Payable roles at CTC Engineering, where I handled budgeting and expense allocation, reconciliations, approvals, payroll preparation support, and mentoring junior accounting staff. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Cost & Management Accounting and continue building my capability with tools like Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
