What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a banking role where I can own IFRS9/ECL and assets-liabilities reporting, strengthen regulatory compliance, and partner with auditors to deliver accurate financial statements and better risk-informed decisions.

I’m an IFRS9 and Assets-Liabilities Reporting Officer at Jordan Kuwait Bank, where I oversee compliance with IFRS9 regulation and ensure alignment with international standards. I manage and optimize the bank’s assets and liabilities portfolios to improve financial performance, and I calculate Expected Credit Loss (ECL) for standalone and subsidiary entities to minimize financial risk.

Before that, I worked as a Provision and Financial Reporting Officer, managing financial reporting processes and developing provisioning methodologies to maintain accurate, IFRS- and CBJ-compliant statements. Earlier as a Financial Analyst, I performed in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making, budget preparation, and variance analysis, and I partnered with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting. Throughout my roles, I collaborate with internal and external auditors and focus on resolving discrepancies and improving the efficiency and reliability of financial outputs.
