I've managed end-to-end operations for Datrix's £100,000/month UK Government AFP programme, covering data, reporting, client communication, and quality control independently.
I progressed from Data Analyst to Project Owner to Team Leader within months based on output. As the single point of contact for four client accounts, I onboard clients, manage data delivery, resolve queries, and maintain trusted relationships with zero escalation incidents.
I built a 14-tracker Microsoft Excel MIS system that eliminated 10 hours of manual work per day and became Datrix's internal reporting standard. I also recruit, onboard, and coach analysts while setting priorities and reviewing deliverables.
