At Zepto, I built an in-house Cohorting & Bucketing platform for precise user segmentation across 12M+ app sessions, supporting marketing, ads, and experimentation.

I authored Kong Gateway plugins in Lua and Go that reduced Authorization Service load by 50%, from 7M to 3.5M RPM. I optimized Redis-based token flows, network and memory bottlenecks, and autoscaling for rush-hour traffic across 25+ pods handling 10M+ daily API calls.
