I'm looking for a non-voice BPO role in data entry, back-office operations, or email/chat support where I can use my computer skills, accurate typing, attention to detail, and ability to learn new processes quickly.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Applications through IGNOU and am seeking an opportunity in a non-voice BPO process.

I can support data entry, back-office work, and email or chat support using fast, accurate typing, document formatting, and attention to detail.

I'm comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, Gmail, Outlook, file management, PDF editing, and online collaboration tools including Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.

I'm a quick learner who adapts to new tools and processes, multitasks efficiently, and communicates in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
