Over four years at Schaeffler, I grew from logistics intern to Production Planner, owning end-to-end material planning, master production scheduling (MPS), MRP, and logistics customer service for global OEM customers.

My work was keeping supply and demand aligned when release data changed constantly — and building the schedules and processes that made that possible.

A few things I've built, and what they delivered:
• Ran a $4M+ inventory portfolio in SAP ERP and Coupa, cutting excess holding costs 12% while preventing production stockouts.
• Built and dynamically re-planned schedules against volatile automotive releases, holding 94% planning accuracy and lifting on-time delivery.
• Cut premium freight costs 15% by coordinating across production, engineering, and warehousing
• Drove cycle-count and material-workflow audits to 99.2% tracking accuracy.
• Built proactive contingency plans that reduced machine downtime and protected working capital.

I started on the shop floor as an electrical/electronics engineer, assembling, calibrating, and troubleshooting industrial control panels. That hands-on grounding still shapes how I plan: I read downtime drivers and capacity constraints from the inside, not just as numbers in a system.
