What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve scalable QA automation for UI, API, payment, and AI-powered products, collaborating closely with developers in Agile teams and strengthening reliable CI/CD release validation.

I'm building scalable UI and API automation at Kenko AI, where I validate payment integrations and AI/LLM-powered customer workflows.

I develop Playwright and TypeScript frameworks using Page Object Model, reusable utilities, fixtures, and configuration management. My testing covers Voice AI, web chat agents, AI Inbox, SMS, email, calls, CRM, customer, business, and booking workflows.

At Arka Energy, I independently built Selenium and Python automation for Arka360 CRM, automating approximately 80% of end-to-end workflows and reducing manual sanity-testing effort by approximately 90%. I also supported nightly, parallel, and cross-browser execution through Jenkins, Selenium Grid, and Allure reporting.

My experience also includes REST API testing, SQL database validation, backend business-logic testing, defect management, and Agile collaboration at GeeksforGeeks and Tata Consultancy Services.
