What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an enthusiastic work environment where I can enhance my knowledge, apply technical skills, work with farmers, and contribute to agricultural development and organizational goals.

I've developed a cost-effective jackfruit wine production process using ripe jackfruit pulp and seed powder, helping reduce post-harvest losses and promote commercial utilization. The process used locally available J33 Tekam yellow jackfruit varieties and was designed at ₹80 per litre.

Through a 10-week industrial attachment at DHAN Foundation, I studied how Farmer Producer Organizations support agricultural livelihoods. My training spans agricultural mechanization, horticulture, farm machinery, robotics and AI, and I bring working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel, AutoCAD, report writing, accounting, sales, and farmer engagement.
