I’m a compassionate healthcare professional with seven years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Medical Assistant (MA). I focus on patient communication, family support, and creating a positive, team-oriented environment while delivering efficient, high-quality care.

I’m proficient in EHR systems and EMR workflows, including using Modernizing Medicine EMA to maintain accurate documentation. I also support care with medical scribing, phone triage, administering injections, and coordinating schedules and follow-ups to keep patients moving smoothly through their visits.

In my current medical assistant roles, I prepare and sterilize exam rooms, assist with procedures (including biopsies), and strictly follow infection control and sterilization protocols. I’m comfortable handling biopsy processing tasks such as documentation, packaging, and lab submissions, and I maintain readiness for clinical standards through practices like autoclave cycle management.
