What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into transaction advisory and deal execution, with opportunities in corporate finance, capital markets, or investment banking. I’m especially interested in supporting corporate development, capital raising, and strategic transactions.

At PricewaterhouseCoopers, I led audit engagements in Technology, Media & Telecommunications, reviewing IFRS financial statements and working through complex accounting matters. My work included IFRS 16 lease arrangements, IFRS 15 revenue recognition, and IAS 7 cash flow presentation.

I supported audits of listed and private clients, including Tsogo Sun Ltd, City Lodge Hotels Ltd, and Datatec Ltd. I also supported engagement managers and partners with forecasting, billing inputs, and performance reporting.

As Audit Manager, I supervised and coached junior team members and served as a point of contact for client finance leaders and audit committees. Earlier, I led key audit workstreams and participated in audits of listed entities.

I'm currently pursuing the Capital Markets & Securities Analyst certification through the Corporate Finance Institute. I’m building skills in financial modeling, valuation, and capital markets as I prepare to transition into transaction advisory and deal execution.
