At Tata Consultancy Services, I manage high-volume U.S. import vendor accounts and invoice-to-pay operations, processing duty and freight invoices in SAP FI and SAP S/4HANA with 99% accuracy and full 3-way match compliance.

I handle ACE-based customs invoice-to-pay processes, GR/IR, duty and customs funding reconciliations in BlackLine, and end-to-end excise tax workflows for USVI, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii imports. I also prepare shipment cost reports, book accruals, and coordinate tax submissions with finance and tax teams.

I resolve blocked and parked invoices, reconcile duty and vendor payments with freight forwarders, and use root-cause analysis to reduce aged and disputed invoices.

I've strengthened P2P operations through vendor master setup, SOP development, new-hire training, and automation using VBA, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot agents. My recurring AP workflow automations save 10+ hours per week, and I've built two Copilot agents for routine P2P tasks.
