I’m looking for a process-focused Accounts Payable role where I can improve invoice and payment accuracy, resolve vendor discrepancies quickly, and use analytics to support compliance and SLAs—while growing within a collaborative, detail-driven team.

I’m a Process Analyst with around 3 years of experience at Waste Management Universal Solutions, supporting Accounts Payable and Process Operations. I manage both PO and Non-PO invoice processing, ensuring accurate execution of 2-way and 3-way match processes while maintaining compliance and consistently meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

I collaborate with vendors to resolve queries and discrepancies, handle urgent invoice processing via email, and monitor existing processes to find opportunities for quality improvement. I also support cash application by applying payments to customer accounts, using bank software (JP Morgan) to match payments and remittances, balancing customer accounts, and processing high volumes accurately and on time—while using dashboards, macros, and company tools for data analysis and cost adjustments.
