What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can contribute across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance.

I've supported HR operations at De Heus Animal Nutrition India, Khandelia Oil & General Mills, and PVR INOX, managing onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs, employee engagement, compliance, and exit formalities.

My recruitment experience spans full-cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, headhunting, interviews, candidate assessments, shortlisting, salary negotiations, and onboarding. At Axis Bank, I also supported workforce planning through vacancy analysis and conducted employee exit interviews.

I use HR systems including Workday, TCS, Employwise, and Kronos, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel, to keep employee data and HR processes organized.
